Sony Recalls 1.6 Million 40" Bravia TVs

Got a Sony TV? Awesome. Typically a reliable name for TVs, but it seems that some people have reported their TVs catching fire. Don't worry though, unless of course your TV is on fire right now, Sony is recalling the sets.

If you have a KDL-40D3400, KDL-40D3500, KDL-40D3550, KDL-40D3660, KDL-40V3000, KDL-40W3000, KDL-40X3000 or KDL-40X3500 your TV will be repaired, not replaced. So if your kid drew crayons all over the front of the screen, you are out of luck, but at least it won't catch fire.
